It’s good to use less fruit and more veg, protein and fibre to keep blood sugar balanced and sustained energy release. I recommend 1-2 serving of fruit depending on the person. Berries are best really, and lemon/lime can be extra. More liquid makes it nice and thin to drink easier. Small handful of greens is plenty. Lemon aids absorption of iron.
