Homemade Muesli/Granola

Delicious breakfast cereal option full of grains and nuts. Excellent way to start your day.

Grains: Oat flakes, buckwheat flakes, millet flakes

Seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, chia, linseed

Nuts: almonds. Hazel, cashew, pecan (roughly crush), desiccated coconut.

Dried fruit is optional, not too much to minimise the sugar response!  goji, mulberry, cherry, cranberry, apricot, fig

To make this into a granola, you can toss the grains in a tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tsp agave/maple syrup and a tsp of molasses.

Toast in the oven for 10 mins @ 200c, give a shake and see how it’s doing, we want it a little toasted, not too done!

Allow to cool, add nuts, seeds and dried fruit if using.

Store in an airtight container.
