More Breakfast Options
Any of the following are wonderful breakfast options:
- Sardines on Rye toast (gluten free)
- Poached eggs on rye toast (gluten free)
- Nut butter on oatcakes with some fresh apple/pear/pineapple
- Porridge with stewed figs/plum compote + walnuts/almonds/seed mix
- Cottage cheese on crackers/toast with sliced tomato, cracked pepper and dulse salt.
- Pinhead oats (soaked overnight) and cooked with cinnamon and cardamon.
- Sprouted buckwheat porridge
- Bowl of seasonal fruit+2 tablespoons ground flax + spoon of runny tahini
