Morning Smoothie
- Coconut water/Koko milk
- Handful of Pineapple, blueberries, cherries
- 1 dessert spoon Whey/hemp/pea protein powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of Greens (spirulina, wheatgrass, barleyrass) or Superlife smoothie mix
- 1 heaped tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Maca powder(optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cacao raw/ cinnamon
- Half an unwaxed lemon squeezed and grated rind
