More Breakfast Options

Any of the following are wonderful breakfast options:

  • Sardines on Rye toast (gluten free)
  • Poached eggs on rye toast (gluten free)
  • Nut butter on oatcakes with some fresh apple/pear/pineapple
  • Porridge with stewed figs/plum  compote + walnuts/almonds/seed mix
  • Cottage cheese on crackers/toast with sliced tomato, cracked pepper and dulse salt.
  • Pinhead oats (soaked overnight) and cooked with cinnamon and cardamon.
  • Sprouted buckwheat porridge
  • Bowl of seasonal fruit+2 tablespoons ground flax + spoon of runny tahini
