Benefits of Juicing

This saves energy required for digestion and allows the body to rest while detoxing/cleansing or recovering from illness. The solids can be reconstituted into soups, stews and smoothies.
Morning Glory; will reduce water retention by speeding up elimination, parsley is a good source of Vitamin C (*reduce to small amount in pregnancy), celery will reduce uric acid, and cabbage/kale provide detoxing nutrients for the liver. Ginger is antiviral and warming.
