Hummus

Delicious. Easy.

Hummus
  • 1 can (400g) soaked and cooked chickpeas (hold aside some liquid)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 grated clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • splash olive oil
  • pinch of paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Blend in a food processor and add some more chickpea liquid to create the desired consistency.

Optional additions: 1 roasted red pepper/ fresh coriander and lemon zest/ 4 sun dried tomatoes.
