Morning Smoothie

  • Coconut water/Koko milk 
  • Handful of Pineapple, blueberries, cherries 
  • 1 dessert spoon Whey/hemp/pea protein powder 
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of Greens (spirulina, wheatgrass, barleyrass) or Superlife smoothie mix 
  • 1 heaped tsp Chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil 
  • 1 tsp Maca powder(optional) 
  • 1/2 tsp Cacao raw/ cinnamon 
  • Half an unwaxed lemon squeezed and grated rind 

Blend and enjoy!
